ALTEK DÖKÜM HADDE MAMULLERİ SANAYİ VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ As "Company", in line with the importance we attach to the security of your personal data, all kinds of personal data we host within our structure are processed, stored and transferred in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 [KVKK or "Law"]. This information text has been prepared in accordance with Article 10 of the Law titled "Data Controller's Obligation to Inform" regarding your personal data collected, stored and processed by the Company as "Data Controller".

Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Pursuant to the law, personal data is defined as any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. In this context, any of your data that falls under this definition is processed by our company in accordance with the relevant legislation. Personal data collected electronically through the completion of forms on the Company’s official website or collected in written or verbal form may be processed for the following purposes: conducting the necessary work by our relevant business units to carry out the Company’s commercial activities; execution of related business processes; performing financial, accounting, and monetary transactions including invoicing related to sales; managing processes of information request forms filled out online regarding products; organizing the sales contract process with our customers; performing and tracking all necessary procedures; maintaining business and operational continuity; ensuring the execution of company activities and procedures; managing and tracking customer requests and complaints; ensuring the legal and commercial security of our Company and the individuals in business relationships with our Company; ensuring the security of our showrooms/workplaces; fulfilling obligations arising from the legislation; following and executing legal processes and communication with official institutions; and providing services within this scope. These personal data are processed in accordance with the law and the principles of honesty, accurately and when necessary, up to date; for specific, clear, and legitimate purposes; in a manner that is relevant, limited, and proportionate to the purposes for which they are processed; and retained for the duration required by the relevant legislation or for the period necessary for the purposes for which they are processed.

Collection of Personal Data and Legal Grounds

Your personal data may be collected for the above-mentioned purposes, in accordance with the basic principles stipulated in the Law and based on the legal grounds stipulated in the laws specified in paragraph 2 of Article 5 of the Law, the establishment and / or execution of the contract, the fulfillment of the legal obligation, the legitimate interest of our company, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the person concerned; by automated or non-automated methods, in all kinds of verbal, written or electronic media, including but not limited to the website, customer interviews, company contact forms, and closed circuit camera systems in the Showroom / workplace. Your personal data may also be processed and shared within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law and for the legal reasons and purposes specified in this Clarification Text.

Transfer of Processed Personal Data

Your collected personal data may be transferred to the relevant departments that provide services to continue the activities and business processes of the company, the shareholder/authority of the company and, where necessary, to official authorities, public institutions and independent audit companies within the framework of legal restrictions, for the purposes of planning and execution of the company's commercial and / or business strategies, for the purpose of ensuring the legal, technical and commercial-business security of the relevant persons who have a business relationship with the company; with the relevant departments that provide services to continue the company's activities and business processes, with the shareholder/authority of the company and, where necessary, with official authorities, public institutions and independent audit companies within the framework of legal restrictions, within the framework of Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. and 9. within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. Any personal data transfer that is incompatible with our Company activities other than the given purposes will not be carried out without the explicit consent of the data owner.

Rights of the Data Subject Whose Personal Data is Processed

The personal data owner may apply to the Company in accordance with Article 11 of the Law;

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• Request information if your personal data has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of the processing of your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their intended purpose,
• Know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, whether domestically or abroad,
• Request the correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
• Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions set forth in Article 7 of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK),
• Request notification of the actions taken in accordance with items (5) and (6) to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
• Object to any result that is to your detriment arising from the exclusive analysis of your personal data through automated systems,
• Request compensation if you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

You may submit your requests within the scope of Article 11 of Law No. 6698, which regulates the "rights of the data subject", to the Company via the application form. You can also find more detailed information regarding the application procedures and methods in the form.

Within this scope, applications regarding the matter will be accepted following identity verification by us, and a response will be provided within the legal time frame.
