INFORMATION SECURITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (ISMS)

Altek places great importance on not only the quality of the its products and customer satisfaction, but also on the security of all corporate and personal information assets.

The relationships we maintain with customers, government institutions, and suppliers are highly valuable. Ensuring the reliability and security of these relationships is a top priority. The continuity of the products and services we provide, as well as the confidentiality and integrity of customer data and internal information assets, are of the utmost importance. In this context, we continuously review and improve our information security processes and procedures.

The main principles of our Information Security Policy are:

Operating the Information Security Management System (ISMS) in compliance with the requirements of the ISO 27001 standard
Identifying information assets and implementing controls to evaluate and mitigate risks related to the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of those assets
Meeting the information security requirements defined by our business, personnel, customers, suppliers, and all applicable legal obligations,
Conducting training programs to enhance technical and behavioral competencies and to raise awareness of information security,
Carrying out activities aimed at measuring and continuously improving the performance of the ISMS, in integration with our other management systems.
